Consideration of recommendations to the Cabinet from the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 16 November 2011.
The Cabinet resolved that:
The recommendations of the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board be approved as follows:
The revised scheme for the Recovery of Building Regulation Charges and Associated Matters and the Charges for Building Control Applications, as set out in Annexes 1 and 2 of the report, be approved and adopted from 23 January 2012.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board of 16 November 2011.
